Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your April subscription.

Manage your subscription from your account's billing page.

Accessing Billing

  1. Click your account name in the sidebar
  2. Go to Billing
  3. View your current plan, usage, and payment details

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Note: If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., more agents or sources than allowed), you may need to remove some before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

After cancelling:

  • Your plan continues until the end of the billing period
  • Your agents will stop responding when the plan expires
  • Your data (sources, conversations, leads) is preserved for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime by choosing a new plan

Payment Methods

April accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely. You can update your payment method from the Billing page.

Invoices

All invoices are available on your Billing page. Download them for your records or accounting purposes.
