What Are Message Credits?
A message credit is consumed each time your agent sends a response to a visitor. Visitor messages (questions) don't consume credits — only the agent's responses do.
What Happens When I Hit My Limit?
When you reach your monthly message credit limit:

- Existing conversations are preserved
- Credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle
- You can upgrade your plan anytime for immediate access to more credits
