Add the April chat widget to your Wix website.

Add April to your Wix website using Wix's custom code feature.

Setup Steps

  1. In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings → Custom Code
  2. Click Add Code
  3. Paste the April embed code:

  1. Set placement to Body - end
  2. Choose which pages to show it on:
    • All pages — Widget appears site-wide
    • Specific pages — Choose individual pages
  3. Click Apply

Alternative: Wix HTML Embed

For specific pages only:

  1. Open the Wix Editor
  2. Click Add → Embed Code → Custom Element or HTML iframe
  3. Paste the April embed code
  4. Position the element (it will be invisible since the widget creates its own floating UI)
  5. Publish your site

Verifying

  1. Publish your Wix site
  2. Visit it in a browser
  3. Check that the chat bubble appears
  4. Test sending a message

Troubleshooting

  • Widget not showing? Wix custom code may take a few minutes to propagate after publishing
  • Only showing on some pages? Check your placement settings in Custom Code
  • Wix Premium required — Custom code features require a Wix Premium plan
